+ What can I expect from a coaching session with you?

A coaching session with me can help you to gain a new perspective on a topic you feel stuck with or you want to work on. You can gain clarity, find new motivation and we'll also work out a plan to get you closer to your goal. I will manage the process and we'll work together to find the focus and work towards the outcome you want.

+ Where do you hold your coaching sessions?

My coaching sessions can be held either in-house at my home office, via video call, telephone or in an agreed private space at a location convenient for both parties in London.

+ How many coaching sessions will I need?

This will depend on what you have to work on and how the process goes in moving towards your desired goals and achieving certain targets.

Sessions can be one-offs - depending on how many areas you want to work on and whether it's a short-term, medium or long term approach. Normally my clients book a minimum of four sessions as a starting point and then take it from there.

For my business coaching contracts there is a minimum requirement of 20 hours. My clients can schedule these hours in a flexible way to suit both parties.

+ What is the difference between personal and business coaching?

Personal and business coaching are linked to different groups and what areas will be worked on.

Personal coaching is for individuals who want to focus on personal elements such as getting unstuck, next career move, motivation, resilience, time management, organisation and planning, finding your identity, managing physical and mental well being and balance.

Business aspects would be more focused around achieving better results, successful project management, team cohesion as well as managing teams, employees or co-worker relationships effectively.

+ How long is a coaching session?

I offer different sessions, starting from 30 mins up to 4-hour sessions or full coaching days (7 hours), custom workshops and flexible business contracts.

+ Do you offer a free call or initial consultation?

Yes, our initial consultation is free to see whether it will be the right blend to work together. You can book it here.

+ Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy is 48 hrs before the session is scheduled. Any time after this cut-off point means payment is still due.

+ How can I pay?

I accept bank transfers and secure online payments via my booking system/paypal. I take payment upfront which will be invoiced accordingly depending on the agreed payment method.
